We operate an in-house complaints procedure; a patient information sheet is available on request. In the first instance, please send a letter of complaint to the Practice Manager in writing, by post or by email to hullccg.drrautpartnership@nhs.net Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days. Alternatively you can contact the Patients Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 01482 334616. You can also leave comments about the practice on the NHS Choices website at www.nhs.uk
