Care Navigation
The way we are dealing with appointment requests is changing. From January we will be using the national care navigation system to make sure you get the right care, from the right person, at the right time.
To do this we will need to ask you for more information about your symptoms/query. We ask that you support us with this change by remaining polite and courteous to our reception staff at all times.
