Dr. Raut Partnership is proud to be a member of the Hull Association of Similar Practices (HASP) Primary Care Network (PCN). Primary Care Networks bring together groups of GP practices to collaborate with community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital, and voluntary services within their local areas to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.
HASP supports five GP surgeries across Hull, including both Dr. Raut Partnership sites at Highlands and Sutton Park. The PCN delivers a range of services to support our practices and enhance patient care. To learn more about the services available to you, click on the boxes below.
